These terms govern your use of polycrayons.com, operated by Polycrayons Media Solutions LLP, Mumbai ("Polycrayons", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. Our work and its use

The renders, films, photographs, virtual tours and other material on this site are owned by Polycrayons or shown with the permission of our clients. You may view them for personal reference, but you may not copy, download for reuse, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

2. Project visuals

Images and films of projects that are unbuilt or under construction are artistic impressions created for marketing. They are not offers for sale and do not describe what any developer will deliver; for project details, rely on the developer’s own disclosures, including RERA registrations where applicable.

3. Enquiries and engagements

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a contract. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between Polycrayons and the client.

4. Links to other websites

This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

5. No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Polycrayons is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
