Careers · Now hiring across all disciplines

Join thebox ofcrayons.

We're a studio of 60 artists, directors and technologists working across India's biggest real estate launches. Every project is led by someone senior — no handoffs, no account managers standing between you and the people making the work. If you're curious, stubbornly craft-driven, and want your name on work that lands in front of serious buyers, we'd love to talk.

01 — Open Roles

Two roles
we’d like to meet.

All roles are full-time, Mumbai-based with hybrid flexibility. We hire on craft and attitude — 8+ years on the résumé doesn't mean more than a portfolio that proves you can do the work. *Read before applying.*

    3D Visualiser

    Full-time
    Mumbai · On-site
    About the role

You will work on CGI integration, exterior and interior visualisation for real estate developers and construction companies — turning architectural plans and site footage into renders clients can sell from.

    What we're looking for

Comfortable with 3ds Max, Corona or V-Ray, and Photoshop for post.

Able to take a brief from a real site survey or drone plate and match lighting, scale and material accurately.

Portfolio of real estate exterior or interior work preferred.

  • About the role

You will support client outreach and marketing for the studio’s real estate film and visualisation services — developers, architects and construction companies across India.

    What we're looking for

Comfortable managing client communication, proposals and follow-ups.

Some experience with real estate or B2B marketing preferred.

Organised, proactive, comfortable coordinating between clients and the production team.

02 — Why Polycrayons

Three things
that set the studio apart.

Reason · 01

A senior-only pipeline.

Every brief passes through a discipline lead before reaching a junior. You'll never ship to a client under your own name before it's been held to the same standard as our founder's work.

Reason · 02

Real ownership, fast.

Our studio is lean by design. Juniors get their own slate inside 12 months. Seniors run client relationships directly — no intermediaries, no meetings about meetings.

Reason · 03

Work you'd actually show.

Our portfolio is public. Anything you ship here goes on your reel, keeps your attribution, and builds your career portfolio for the next studio after us (if there is one).

03 — Life at the Studio

Thursday afternoons,
always a tea break.

The studio floor is about 2,400 sq. ft. — an open plan with a screening room, a small kitchen that smells permanently of chai, and a library of maybe 300 architecture books that nobody remembers buying. You'll spend more time here than anywhere else. It's okay — it's a good room.

If the open roles don't match, send us your work anyway. We keep a shortlist of people we'd love to hire when we can — and we pull from it first when a new role opens up. One email, one PDF, three sentences. That's all we need to start.
